Day 2 before and after my Shred

Before day 2 of the shred: I woke up feeling REALLY REALLY sore, like couldn't hardly get out of bed sore. I went to pick up DS for some airplane time and could hardly pick him up. That made me really sad. So we did our story time and then after he was fed and changed, I did my 2nd day of the shred! 28 to GO!!!!

After day 2 of the shred: I FELT a million times better, after my work out. Once my muscles were all warmed up, I can actually move. I even felt more alive after doing it. Still a bit sore 3 hours later, but nothing like before the workout. I've never done a work out that is so intense I ACTUALLY hit that endorphin point! That doesn't normally happen for me! I'm thoroughly enjoying it!

  1. That's great! I've been hitting that point as well. I am on day 12 (still doing level 1, but thinking I'm moving up tomorrow) and I don't want to go a single day without doing it, because I feel so good. Keep it up, and I'll follow your blog to see how you're doing!
